At Long Limbs Farm we know you want to show your loved ones you care, even if you can’t be there to say it as much as you would like.

This can be frustrating and leave you feeling drained. We believe you shouldn’t have to feel this way, and we have a solution! Send flowers all summer long with a bouquet subscription.

For the 2025 flower season, you can purchase a flower subscription delivered to residents of retirement, assisted living, and memory care facilities in our area. This means you can remind your loved ones you care with fresh, locally grown flowers delivered even if you can’t be there.

This is how it works:

1. Make sure the location you are sending the flowers is on our delivery route by using the location list below. (if you don’t see the location you’re looking for please reach out by emailing hello@longlimbsfarm.com and we will add it to the list)
2. Then purchase a flower subscription for your loved one and select the delivery location from the list at check out.
3. Answer the phone to listen to them rave about their beautiful flowers, when we deliver a bouquet of fresh flowers from our farm arranged in a mason jar every other week for 12 weeks from the middle of July through the start of October.

FAQs

• When will the flowers be delivered?
  • Every other week, from the middle of July through early October, Mother Nature permitting. We will communicate leading up to and when we make deliveries!
• What will my loved ones get?
  • A beautifully arranged bouquet in a quart-sized mason jar, ready to grace your table.
• Why every other week? Why not weekly?
  • Our flowers just last too long. Typically our bouquets last longer than a week!
• Do we need our own vases?
  • No, the flowers will come in a mason jar with water and flower food to keep your bouquets fresh. We will collect last week’s jar if possible to clean and reuse – because at Long Limbs Farm, we believe in Reduce, Reuse, Recycle!
• Do you grow all the flowers?
  • Yes, everything in the bouquet is grown at our farm.
• What type of flowers should we expect?
  • Bouquets will change as the season progresses, but expect lisianthus, sunflowers, zinnias, dahlias, and more!
• Can we get a flower subscription delivery if we are not in a retirement or assisted living facility?
  • For the 2025 season, we are only delivering bouquets subscriptions to customers residing in retirement or assisted living facilities. We are a small and busy farm, hoping to help our customers make the biggest impact they can and we feel this is how we can fulfill that mission.
